Meet and greet tenants and guests
- We’ll meet your tenants at check in time to provide them with keys and have them sign off on a Condition Report.
- We’ll run them through the features of the house and any other instructions you may have for their stay.
- Once the tenancy has ended, we’ll collect keys, inspect the property and run through the condition report. We’ll also let you know if any extra cleaning is required or if any damage was incurred.
As part of our standard cleaning service, we will:
- Mop the wet areas
- Empty the internal bins
- Clean the toilets, bathrooms and laundry
- Clean the kitchen sink, benches, stovetop and splash back
- Clean inside the fridge
- Sweep the entrance
- Clean the oven
- Remove any excess rubbish and deliver to tip
- Strip the beds and remake them with fresh sheets
- Replace any bath or tea towels
- Wash and dry linen and towels
- Prune the trees and plants
- Mow the lawn
- Feed the lawn and plants
- Liaise with contractors on major landscaping jobs
Our range of services includes but is not limited to:
- Turning on the power, hot water service and fridge
- Setting the timers of the heating or cooling for your arrival
- Freshening up the house by opening windows, dusting and de-cob webbing
- Making the beds
- Arranging and delivering welcome gift hampers for your guests
- Stocking the fridge and pantry with your shopping list essentials
- Collecting or on-forwarding your mail
- Putting out and collecting the rubbish / recycle bins
